Description
Administration of the ewkaf supports that the Apothamenos Metohi which is under the administration of Fatme Vairaktaropoula, had been leased to the first defendant, with the second one acting as his guarantor for 4 years and for 9.800 piastres. The ewkaf asks for the money; Magistrate's Court accepted the case; the Court of Appeal rejected it on the basis that the ewkaf is not authorized to suit the defendants without the permission of the manager ("moutevelis").
