Description
Instance concerns payment of court expenses for the case of the directory (represented by the lawyer) against Petros Daskalakis, as guardian of the Minors Maria and theodoros Athanasakis, as well as against Halil Tsourdalakis and Huseyn Hatzimustafakis. The case concerned the ownership of property of value of 3.590 drahmes. [an appeal with the same content before the president of the court of appeals of Crete is attached to the document, dated 16 January 1903.
