The directorate of Rethymno Muslim Foundations reports that apart from the ewkaf land there were also land properties owned by individuals under the assumption that they should pay to the directorate an amount for concrete purposes.

Description
Because those individuals never appeared, according to the directorate, the disputed lands had been turned into free lands and had been put for sale by the directorate (list of the land properties).
