At location Mezaria, there are Muslim cemeteries which the defendant uses without having leased them therefore the plaintiff asks the court to oblige him to pay 300 drachmas as compensation because the cemeteries are part of the administration's properties. In front of the Court of First Instance: The plaintiff refers to the trial of the 8th of October 1917 and accepts it as true.
