Administration supported that in Tophana or Evraika Quarter there is a vakif residence the value of which is about 700 dr. and that had been offered by Tahiszade Baba Efendi, the Administration allowed to his heirs to stay there without paying the rent. However, Now the Administration needs the building but occupants refuse to abandon it occupants support that the residence is theirs the court of First Instance decided in favor of the Administration the Court of Appeal in favor of the occupants
