And that after his death, his children should be appointed in his place provided that they would be capable of, and after the death of all members of the family, then the most capable among the order's member should be appointed hieh for a life time
Note
However, the late former Hieh Haji Moustafa Baba that wasn't from familly of the first hieh, appointed his son Ali Fouat Efendi Hieh when he was still alive the Ierodikis states that the election is invalid.
