Nazim Bairamefedaki supports that during that period the accounts of the Administration were kept by the Secretary Tefik Saratsaki, apart from a short period when he was absent and the inspector replaced him
Note
A Committee by Moustafa Doubaraki,Mihri Koutsizade and Mehmet Halatsaki examined the accounts of his administration and approved them however, the director of the Muslim Foundations mihri Koutsizades refuses to give him a copy of the report
