Description
According to the plaintiff, the house belongs to the Directory and had been leased 6 months earlier for undetermined time period to Hamide Lentopoula and her deceased husband without rent due to their poverty. The Court accept the claim of the defendant. After oath, she is the owner of the house, which is occupied in her name.
