Description
The plaintiffs support that in the City of Chania there is vakif residence, bequethed to the Yusuf Passa Mosque. The Chania Court of First Instance decided that the residence belongs to the defendants, althought according to a relevant decision of the Holy Court of 1297, the residence belongs to the plaintiffs accepted by the Court.
