Manousos Toudou, land owner, resident of Chania against the director of the Chania Muslim Foundations Housein Efedi Roustemaki. Plaintiff claims that directorate leased to him olives of the olive trees of Muslim Cemetery and in that aspect he made some expences for cleaning and protecting the area however the municipality collected the olives claiming property rights at the area.
