Title
Rethymno Council of the Muslim Elders accepts relevant proposition of the director and authorizes him to sell 1/4 of the land properties known as Lantzimas, bequeathed by the son of Kara Mousa Pasa (Paşa), Ahmet Pasa (Paşa), to Foundations, in the periphery of Prinos village.
Description
The reason for the sale is that the occupants of the lands are not paying the money they should to the Foundations and that others occupy part of the ewkaf properties illegally. Therefore, keeping the lands would be against the interests of the Foundations, whereas the money from their sale is going to be deposited to the bank and the interests will be used according to the terms of the will.
