The administration of Rethymno Muslim Foundations states that defendants (Ahmet, Dervis, Osman and Housein Hordakianakis or Karavitakis) have bought the land of Mehmet Fasouliatzis in Maroulas village, municipality of Arkadi, of which Foundations own the 1/4.
