To the Iraklio Moufti the Mayor of Iraklio asks him to inform all Muslims of Crete that, from 20 to 31 January 1917, all the Muslims Born From 1905 to 1914 are asked to enlist to the army (those who still have the Ottoman citizenship are excluded)
