Description
The decision is founded on the existence of a number of lawsuits against residents of the Village of 'Skopela' for tresspassing the rural estates belonging to the orphans, for grazing, illegal appropriation and non-payment of due rents.
Note
The negligence is related to the absence of appointed guardians abroad. [The decision of Iraklio Muslim Elders approving the decision of the relatives' council is attached to the latter].
