The Council of Iraklio Muslim Elders, consisted by the president Salil Kalaijaki and the members Rasih Aspraki, Moustafa Doubaraki, Fouat Kolagasaki and Huseyin Bilialaki decided: Approval of the budget submitted by the administration's director of the Muslim Foundations for 1913-1914: incomes 52368 drachmes = 55% higher than the expenses.
