Description
In order to prove the ownership of the aforementioned house, given that its first lawsuit was rejected by the Court of First Instance (decision of the 16th of February 1906). The plaintiffs initiate this lawsuit in order to avoid the eviction of Hamide Lentopoula from the house of the Directory.
