Towards Chania Peace Tribunal the directorate claims that 1) the adversary is neither the older nor the closest relative to the person who offered the concerned offerings therefore he has no right to be appointed as manager of the offerings. The foundation to which the concerned offerings belonged had been destroyed and therefore, according to the law, its property goes to the administration of the evkaf and no manager will be appointed
