Case between the plaintiff Mourat Agas Tzigrakis, resident of Chania, and the defendant Mehmet Tzigrakis, resident of ''Smirni tis Tourkias'' (Smyrna of Turkey).
Description
The plaintiff claims that according to the relevant contract signed in presence of the Chania notary Konst. Fournarakis on 1900, the defendant owes him 609 dr. with the interests, amount that he refuses to pay. The Chania Court of First Instance decides in favor of the plaintiff, represented by judges Mihail Giannakakis, resident and introducing the case, Miltiadis Daskalakis, Ioannis Katalagarkanos and the secretary Konst. Nisterakis, meeting on May 7, 1908.
