Description
Defendant: Polydoros E. Saounatsos, resident of Rethymno; the concerned lands at Maroulas village were occupied by the defendant, according to the lease contract, from the 1st of August 1900 to the 1st of August 1902 for 607.90 drachmas. However defendant denies to pay the rent; the court accepts the argument of the defendant that the concerned lands, according to the Constitution of Crete.
