Administration Supports that next to mausoleum of Elvia Gazi Moustafa there are land properties owned by the Administration and used as Muslim cemetery that the defendant has been appointed in order to take care of the cemetery and the mausoleum that he insulted the Holy Place by opening a door leading to his house and by creating a well in cemetery defendant supports that the disputed lands are the property of his family and not of the Administration the court accepts the defendant's claims.
