His Heirs are his three children, İsmail, married to Halime Pasakopoulan, Omer and Mauroukon, unmarried, and not the applicant herself because she had divorced her husband 8 monts before his death. She also states that the next day of his death his son Ismail was killed too His heirs were his two brothers, his wife and his mother.
