Plaintiff: Council of Muslim Elders, Director of Muslim Foundations and inspector of Properties of Orphans Plaintiffs support that after Hasanis, Aligies Perissaki had hastened case, estates of debtor Haji Jousein Manaraki, had been sold through auction.
Note
The money form the auction had been given to the secretary of Rethimnis Magistrate's Court who delivered it to the new secretary Evagello Papadaki (700 dr.) the Plaintiffs supports that the first ones had to receive money before all the other lenders.
