According to the decision no. 257, 1908 by the Magistrate's Court, because the defendants did not pay the amount of 339 drachmas that is owed to the Foundations, their real estates are going to be sold through auction (detailed list).

Dimitrios Panakakis' heirs are: Georgios D. Panakakis, Mihail D. Panakakis and Maria D. Panakaki, wife of Konst. Kyriakakis.
