He declared that he will pay the rent for only 2 of the 4 years of the lease due to the disorder.
Note
Letter informing that progress of payments concerning rent contracts. It is mentioned that in the case of Pahialakis, Babalakis payed the owed sum as his Gaurantor, and that he raised a lawsuit at the court of Appeals asking for remuneration of Pahialakis.
