Description
Towards the Chania Holy Court: The plaintiff, represented by lawyer Adon. N. Kajourakis, informs the Holy Court that she maintains a law suit against the defendants and towards the Chania Public Prosecutor. Concerning the contested residence of the late Fatme Baouiaka the plaintiff claims that she is the closest relative of the descendant and that she has, therefore, the right to inherit the residence in Koum Kapi.
