Rethimnis Council of Muslim Elders accepts the proposal of the Inspector Mehmet Tsoubedaki to replace the guardian of orphans of the late Ivraim Vretaki, Melek Harakianakis, because he lives abroad, and appoints Hasan Risvanaki guardian of the children.
