Title
Towards Rethymno Court of First Instance. Andreas Emm. Kagiouklakis against Markos Karavanos, resident of Erfoi of Mylopotamos, and against Rethymno administration of the Muslim Foundations, represented by the director Moustafas Karatzedakis.
Description
According to the relevant contract signed in presence of Rethymno notary Pertev Dervisakis in 1913, the first one was acting as the guarantor of the second one in order to lease ewkaf lands at the periphery of Pikris of Rethymno. Therefore he is asked to pay the debt of 1031 drachmas and he asks to receive the relevant share from the mortgaged properties of the first debtor.
