Title
Plaintiffs claim that Housein Manarakis' real estates had been sold through auction for 700 drachmas. The money was given to the secretary of Rethymno Peace Tribunal Georg. Prevelakis, who gave it to the new secretary Euaggelos Papadakis.
Description
When the plaintiffs asked for money that they had the right to receive from the auction, Euaggelos Papadakis answered that plaintiffs were not announced as entitled to receive money during the auction and therefore they cannot receive it now. The court and the president of the court, K. Papadakis, reject the case.
