Ali Refki Kazagalidakis, guardian of orphan of Osman Rayip Tsitsekaki, states that according to Rethimnis Muslim Elders' decision, election by lot of 34 lotery shares of Eastern Romilias' Railway bequaethed to children would be realised in presence of notary. However the notary asked to receive 2%of the money and therefore the guardian suggests to realise the election in presence of the council accepted
