The Holy Court of Chania accepts the lawsuit of the heirs of the deceased Aziz Vei Kaurzade for the paying off of the debt of the latter to the deceased of a total sum of 120 grosia. The defendant accepted his debt but refused to recognize the former as legal heirs of the deceased.
