Title
In presence of Rethymno notary, Georgios A. Loukakis, the director of the Muslim Foundations, Ahmet Vetzih Hatzidakis and the sheikh of the Tekke of Bektasidon Housein Dedes, Housein Babas of Avdoulah Biritziklis.
Description
Aligie, widow of Moustafa Rami Kilitsakis, of the Mehmet Tselepakis family, housewife, accepts that the lands that her late husband had offered to the tekke (detailed list) did not become her private property. According to the law of the 1917 relevant Constitution of Crete, she has never been the manager of the lands and that title was offered to her by her husband only as an honor; therefore, she accepts that the lands are now the property of the tekke.
