Description
Appeal to the Peace Tribunal of Rethymno from the Muslim Religious Foundations of Rethymno, represented by their director, Kemal Karatzedakis, against Mihail Dragasis, resident of [the village Orthes] of [the province] of Mylopotamos. Object of the appeal concerns the non-payment of owed compensation for the acquisition of property rights on real estate formerly belonging and leased out by the ewkaf of Mousa Bey in Rethymno. A list of endowed properties of ewkaf is included in the appeal.
