Söz konusu istida Resmo İslam İhtiyar Meclisi Riyaset-i Aliyesi'ne gönderilmiştir. Rethimnis Council of the Muslim Elders accepts the application of the orphan Housni of the late Moustafa Sikoubedidaki and recognizes him as of age and capable of administering his own properties.
