Plaintiff claims that inspector of Orphan Properties Souleiman Ef. (Efendi) Kanakarakis leased to him the real estates of Roustem Arnaoutakis Vakis; however, the first defendant Antonios Stefanakis, claiming that public leased to him same real estates.
Note
Plaintiff supports that either the first or the second defendant should compensate him; (the rest of the document is missing but it seems that the court decided in favor of the public and against the administration which failed to represented on court).
