Description
The issue concerns a clause included in the law no.727 of the Cretan state. the clause states that both the Judge of the Muslim Court and the Muslim Council of Elders should agree for the appointment and dismissal of religious functionaries.
Note
The Dictum-Scriptum is dispatched with a notice from the prefecture of Iraklio.
