Title
Reprieve before the Court of First Instance of Efsevia daughter of Eleftheriadou against the decision of the Court of Appeal according to which, due to the non payment of a cheque of the heirs of the deceased Dimitr.
Description
Pasadaki and the initiator of the reprieve Evsevia Pasadaki, as third holder of the aforementioned cheque, to the Ottoman Orphans Bank of Irakliou, the initiators estates are distrainted.
Note
The initiator of the reprieve, also, acts against Stefanon Elefthriadou, guardian of the related property. the Court decides for the claims of the initiator.
