Title
Mihail Kapitakis, Ottoman citizen of the General Administration of Crete appeared in front of the Holy Court with Ntemir Efendi who is representing Mehmet Hermi Efendi, manager of the properties of Muslim orphans.
Description
The manager gave to Mihail Kapitaki 618 Kurus from properties of Muslim orphans and also the latter bought from the manager a watch which worths 74 kurus. In total Kapitakis has a debt of 692 kurus and 4 parades to ensure that he'll pay back his debt he puts under mortgage a real estate. Witnesses Zaharias Paspalakis and Antonios Kapitakis.
