Title
Propositions of Housein Boufaki, resident of Neas Horas Chania, against the Balizaki or Eminaki Family and Ali Azemaki, against the Appeal against him and the decision of the Chania Holy Court towards the Chania Holy Court.
Description
According to the decision no 147 of the Holy Court, the plaintiff had been recognized as heir of the late Haji Mourat Balizaki or Boufaki the opponents appealed. The plaintiff supports that he is the only heir of the late and that therefore the second defendant has to pay the rent to him and not to the firs defendants, as the Holy Court had already decided.
