Description
According to the plaintiff, the house belongs to the directory and had been leased 6 months earlier for undetermined time period to Hamide Lentopoula and her deceased husband without rent due to their poverty. However, during the procedure the plaintiff withdraws its appeal, while the defendant asks for the covering of her court expenses.
