Hasan Efendi Molla Mustafazaki ibn Derviş ibn İbrahim'in varisleri eşi Zekiye Rıdvan Ağazopola binti Mustafa, kardeşi Ümmü Gülsüm Molla Mustafa Zopola binti Derviş, İbrahim Molla Mustafazaki'nin yetimleri Gariban Mehmed Ali ve Hüsnü'dür. Yetimlerin hissesine düşen miktarın verilmesi için Vasi Ali Bin Mehmed Efendaki'nin 26 Temmuz 1911 tarihinde Resmo Mahkeme-i Şeriyesine verdiği istida üzerine mahkemede görülen Ali Bey Mehmed Efendaki ile Musa Efendi Terzibaşızaki'nin veraset davası.
