Council decided: that above mentioned can be appointed heihis again if he accepts to pay expences that Evkaf made throug incomes from leasing of vakif properties. If he accepts to raise no future demands against Evkaf. If he stays for long periods of time to Chania if whenever he has to go abroad asks first for the elders' permission if he leases evkaf lands not as an owner but as a hiehis if he follows the terms according to which the Vakif had been established
