Proje, 1947 yılında Ankara Belediyesi tarafından düzenlenen yarışmada birincilik ödülünü aldı ve aynı yıl uygulandı. Proje aynı zamanda Eldem'in uygulanan ilk projesidir. - The project was awarded the first prize in the competition held by Ankara Municipality in 1947 and implemented in the same year. The project is also the first application of Eldem.
