This collection comprises materials related to architect, painter, and educator Nezih Eldem's (1921-2005) professional production and personal life. It includes his drawings, correspondence and photographs relating to museums, residences and office buildings as well as the projects he realized within Istanbul Technical University. Eyüp Planning Project and the Süleymaniye and Zeyrek Preservation and Development Project, which Eldem carried out as the “UNESCO Expert” until the mid-1980s, constitute an important part of the archive.
