İnşaatla ilgili notlar ve masraflar ile ilgili notlar; bir fabrika için talep edilen makineler ve makinelerin gönderilmesi hakkında mektup taslağı, Dârülmuallimât çizimi ve notları; Ayazma Kahvesi ile ilgili notlar; inşa edilmekte olan mektep binasının müteahhidi İsmail Bey tarafından vücuda getirilen inşaattan dolayı üçüncü ve dördüncü taksitleri olan iki binanın 1196 lira 32 kuruştan istihkak kesbedildiğinin 23 Kanun-i Sani 1341 tarihli raporla iletildiğine dair not; İstanbul Lisesi ve Beyoğlu Dairesi hakkında notlar bulunmaktadır.
