Burhan Ulutan
Having served as the vice president and later president of the Treasury, Burhan Ulutan (1953-1956) also acted as the president of the Turkish Cement Manufacturers' Association and the general manager of Etibank. He was arrested after the 1960 coup d’état and sent to Yassıada. After his release, Ulutan taught state finance, project administration, economic history and economic development policy at various universities.
