Description
Plaintiffs support that among offerings to mosque are real estates in Arkadi municipality; on August 12th, 1902 however, defendant occupied the lands by violence, without any legal right, has forbidden the entrace to legal occupants and had collected corps.
Note
Rejected by the court who accepts that Alis Fasouliatzis is the legal manager.
