Because the Teke Money wasn't enough he had to borrow 21000 gr. from Dim, Kavalakin, the store of the widow of H. P. Stamataki and Emm. Sfakianaki, Ousta Asan Demerji
Note
He supports that since the revolution, Tekke has almost no Incomes at all and therefore he can't pay his debts if the council doesn't help him he will have to sale the property of Tekke he asks for permission to take a loan from bank of Crete.
