Title
Call by Louman Girmitsakis or Girmitzakis, resident of Spaniakos of Selino, against Housein Kavroroustemakis, inspector of the Properties of Orphans, representing ihe children of the late Roustem Memenakis and against Mehmet Memenakis, gendarme.
Description
All of them are heirs of the late Roustem Memenakis, towards the Chania Magistrate's Court. The plaintiff supports that he had to pay to the late 1850 piastres, with the relevant interests and that he accepted instead of that, to pay the 1944 piastres, debt of the late to Samouil Minionis.
