He complains about the demand of the Administration that he should not be present at cases of the latter unless there is A related order, saying that this never happened, that there never was irregularity at his works that his honesty is being insulted and that Administration could withdraw its cases from his office, since he could not work under conditions of this kind of vakif. He states that he wasn't present at a case concerning a lawsuit against Orphans Bank
