Plaintiff supports that next to the Lazareton Pili of Irakliou and next To the Muslim Cemetery there's a farm that belongs to the Evkaf and that in 1907 Greek Public decided illegally to send Georgion Elefteriadi to cultivate it on its profit
Note
The Greek Public Supports that the Farm wasn't the property of the Evkaf the court decides that the witnesses of the defendant are more reliable that the witnesses of the plaintiff and rejects the case
